In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 12(4) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (Act 22 of 2005) and all other provisions in the Act enabling in this behalf, the State Chief Information Commissioner hereby makes the following Orders for efficient management of the affairs of the Assam Information Commission and in the interest of facilitating the attainment of the objectives set out under the Act.
